Graham Welborn opened Columbia Siding & Windows in Columbia, SC in 1987. After ten years of business his operations had expanded to include areas all over South Carolina. In 1997 the Greenville Branch was launched and in 2002 we began operations out of Charleston, SC.

This is how it works:
| Once purchasing the approved window, home owners get 30% up to $1500.00 back on their tax return for material purchased. It's a win/win for the American people- You add value to your home, your power bill will go down, and you add to the beauty of your home. | |

There are Three things you need to be aware of when taking advantage of this great deal.
1. The window needs to have a U-factor of 30 or lower.
2.The SHGC needs to be 30 or lower.
3. The window needs to be NFRC Certified.
It is very important that all three of these are present when taking part of this offer. If one of the three are missing, then you are not eligible for the tax credit. Not all Enery Star windows meet the requirement. Windows that are NFRC certified will be labeled as such on the window with a sticker. |
